My response to everyone who asks this question…
Just pick any muscle.
Doesn’t matter which one.
You can sit in a stretched position.
The most important thing is to find a stretch feeling not a pain and sit in it until the body doesn’t feel good and the pain or discomfort moves from feeling like a stretch to a pain…
then just change position slightly until you find that stretch pull again.
Just start listening to your body and choosing muscles to release through a stretch feeling.
The most important is that when the body isn’t comfortable…
continue finding that stretch pull whether you are standing, lying down or sitting.
You will get to know your body internally just by doing this.
Once you start to understand you are changing it from the stretching and the benefits are pain moving, pain changing, pain going away, more energy, sleeping better and more awareness of yourself,…
paying attention to the memories that come out (release) and the fact that the stretching is making changes in a positive way then your brain will start to listen to your body and continue to heal it.
It is a habit. A process. A way of life and the most important thing to remember….
IT IS YOUR LIFELINE
the more you do the more you can do.
The more you do the faster you get on the path to healing every day…
as opposed to choking off your body (temple) and killing it due to imbalance and neglect.
Treat it like the temple it is ❤️
