About
In 1996 I started stretches that were given to me by a neuromuscular therapist. It took 8 months an hour a day to reach the point where I no longer experienced changes with those stretches. I understood that muscles were moving bones and positive changes were happening. For the next 13 years I stretched everyday for 4 hours a day not missing one day! It was a natural process that changed after that to stretching everyday for different lengths of time. Listening to my body ONLY Sometimes stretching 11 hours a day. I have worked with chiropractors and people who have suffered with Parkinson’s Strokes Muscular Dystrophy Children & people suffering from many different ailments ie: aches pains headaches arthritis sleep deprivation etc because when the body is not balanced internally it not only does not function the way it is designed and not only not connected to the mind but it causes death. Life is physically eternal but you have to do the work and the work is Stretchhealing….learning to listen to your body and connect mind and body is Simple & Easy. But unless you get started you will never get to know and remember who you are. Muscles hold memories and those memories hold the answers to who you have always been. You have to stretch those memories out of your muscles in order to find those answers to all of your questions. Stop manifesting death! It’s a lie! Stop acting and speaking it into your existence. Grow your body. It is easier than you think. Set your mind aside and get to know your body. Not only are they not connected and not working together they don’t know each other. Forget everyone else. Get to know yourself. All the answers are in your muscles and the only way to activate them is follow that nice stretch feeling and keep listening and respecting your body so you not only become your own best friend but you take death off the table and continue to grow your body. Like I said life is eternal but you have to choose to do the work. It’s easy it’s you that is making it difficult.
